(2)有关未有遵从公司註册处处长指示更改名称而被处长根据香港法例第 622 章《公司条例》第110(2)或772(2) 条或《前身条例》(即指在《公司条例》(第622章)的生效日期前不时有效的《公司条例》(第32章)) 第22AA(2)条以一个 由公司的註册编号组成的新名称取代其原有的英文名称、中文名称或中英文名称的公司名单，请按此网址 www.cr.gov.hk/tc/statistics/docs/replace_name.pdf 。
(3) 名单每月更新一次。请登入公司註册处的网上查册中心 www.icris.cr.gov.hk，查阅公司名称，以确定公司名称是否 经已更改。

(1)The directions to change company names refer to the directions issued by the Registrar of Companies under sections 108(1), (2), 109(1) and 771(1) of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622, Laws of Hong Kong) and sections 22(2), (3A), (3B), (4), 22A(1) and (1A) of the predecessor Ordinance (i.e. the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) as in force from time to time before the commencement date of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)).
(2)Please click www.cr.gov.hk/en/statistics/docs/replace_name.pdf for the list of companies for which the Registrar of Companies has replaced their English names, Chinese names or English and Chinese names with a new name that consists of the registration number of the respective company under sections 110(2) or 772(2) of the Companies Ordinance (Cap.622, Laws of Hong Kong) or section 22AA(2) of the predecessor Ordinance (i.e. the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) as in force from time to time before the commencement date of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)) for failure to comply with the Registrar's directions to change names.
